My favorite ARC Raiders strategy is stupidly simple: before a raid starts, decide what would make that one round count.
Not five goals. Not seventeen inventory chores. One clear win condition.

Pick one job
Maybe the round is for a project objective. Maybe you need one material. Maybe you are testing a weapon. Maybe the entire plan is getting in, grabbing value and getting your ass back out alive.
The reason this works is ARC Raiders is very good at distracting you. You leave with a plan, hear gunfire two buildings over, find something shiny, spot an ARC you probably should not fight, then suddenly you are dead in a parking lot holding three items you never needed.
Everything else is bonus loot
If your main objective gets done early, beautiful. Now improvise. But the round already paid off. That keeps progression moving even when the raid gets weird, which it absolutely will because this game considers stability a character flaw.
Use the rule harder before Frozen Trail
With Frozen Trail coming October 8, there is a temptation to turn every session into prep panic. Do not. Pick one useful target per raid and let the rest happen naturally.
Need to burn Cred? Do that. Need Expedition progress? Do that. Need to clean up a project? Do that. The point is to stop confusing activity with progress.
For the current pre-update housekeeping, use our Frozen Trail prep checklist. For the actual patch changes, hit Update 1.45. And if you want the whole incoming mess, the full Frozen Trail breakdown is already waiting.
