Most GTA VI rumors deserve the same treatment as a blurry UFO photo: interesting for about twelve seconds, then straight into the bullshit drawer.
CyberLeek became harder to dismiss because the footage kept adding up. Reports documented driving, fighting, carjacking, stores, gas stations, nightlife and dense crowds across Leonida. One especially weird clip reportedly showed Jason shooting the word “LEEK” into a wall, which is a much stronger authenticity signal than somebody reposting an old development clip and yelling exclusive.
That still does not mean every mechanic in the footage is final. A playable development build can contain unfinished animation, temporary UI, missing effects and systems Rockstar changes before launch. The useful distinction is simple: leaked build footage is evidence, not a promise.
The full MazHatterIX breakdown separates what Rockstar has confirmed from what CyberLeek appears to have shown and what still belongs in rumor territory.
