What broke: Open WebUI hit a SQLite/path problem during the local-AI build.
Decision: Park it. FATE does not require Open WebUI to run, so burning another night fixing an optional interface would have been infrastructure cosplay.
Why it is in the graveyard: Not because Open WebUI is useless. Because this particular setup was not helping the actual goal and became a distraction. We can dig it back up when there is a reason.
