ARC Raiders Is Killing Cred on October 8, So Spend It Before Frozen Trail Eats It

ARC Raiders is retiring Cred on October 8 when Frozen Trail lands, and anything still sitting in your account is going to expire.

Embark says Cred will remain usable until the update, then get replaced by a more expansive reward system tied to the Raider Deck rework. Rewards you already claimed stay yours, and current Raider Deck rewards are supposed to remain available through the new system.

What ARC Raiders players should do now

Use the damn currency. Spend Cred with Shani or grab the Raider Deck rewards you still want before October 8. This is one of those updates where doing nothing is technically a choice, just a stupid one.

Update 1.45.0 also kicked off Expedition 5, added the Ascending the Mountain Raider Project, community rubber ducks, reduced Aphelion sway, stopped Expeditions from resetting quests by default, and upgraded the game from Unreal Engine 5.3 to 5.7. Embark says this is the last full Live Update before Frozen Trail, though a smaller update is still planned.
